Please Note: For short term stays, the cost of electricity is included in the overall fee, while for weekly and monthly stays, we do have a charge .14 per kilowatt hour for electricity usage. Additioinally, those who opt for a monthly stay will be required to pay a  deposit of $100.00 for electric. We aim to provide our customers with as many amenities as possible to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
