We offer a variety of complimentary facilities for our customers including basic wifi, showers, restrooms, water, and more. For short term stays, the cost of electricity is included in the overall fee, while for weekly and monthly stays, we do have a charge of .14 per kilowatt hour for electricity usage. Additioinally, those who opt for a monthly stay will be required to pay a deposit of $100.00 for electric. We aim to provide our customers with as many amenities as possible to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
