Regular Rates

Rates include two (2) adults and (1) child under 1 year old. Additional persons
at site charged $3.00/day or$75.00/month if registered with office, double fee if
not registered.
Rule
Vehicles must follow Parking Guidelines
at all times. Please see seperate Guideline sheet.
No parallel parking anywhere in the park Pull-thru sites-vehicles must park
single file,in the line with RV and off road. Back-in sites-vehicles must park side
by side in front of RV and off road. All visitors must follow Parking Guidelines.
It is your responsibility to inform your visitors.
Maximum of two vehicles allowed at site. Additional parking available at front and
rear of park. Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, etc will be charged normal storage
rate.
Pets must be on a leash. When pets do
their business, it must be picked up immediately. Do not leave pets tied-up outside.
Please notify the office of anyone not picking up after theie pet.
Park facilities are for registered guests only.
Visitors must be accompanied by a guest at all times and will be charged $3.00 each
per day, $75.00 per month. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at
all times in pool area or in building.
Children 3 and under must wear swimming diapers and rubber pants in pool. No glass,
food or alchol allowed in pool area or in Building.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Site must be kept clean and organized. Cigarette
butts are considered litter and must be disposed of properly in trash. Do
not throw cigarette butts on ground.
Texas State law requires an air tight sewer connection. Hose must be supported and
off the ground.
Speed limit in the park is 5MPH. Deposites
not claimed at time of departure will be forfeited.
Rents are due on or before due date.Any
balance not paid in full within one (1) day of due date will be assessed a late
charege of $5 per day, from due date, until paid in full.
$35.00 fee for returned checks. We maintain a No Refund policy.
Management reserves right to dispose of personal property abandoned at park
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner and/or
Operator harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, cost and expenses,
including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries
caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, acts of God, Owner/Operator and/or Customer
actions or inactions(or those of their employees, agents or invitees), or any other
related to Customer's use of occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such
loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Compground parties.
THEFT OF SERVICE LAW: TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without
paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subjected
to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require
full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the "THEFT OF SERVICE
LAW".
In order to maintain the Park appearance we ask everyone please follow these simple Parking Guidelines
Pull-thru sites -
Vehicles must be parked in single file, directly in-line with RV on the
hard pack or concrete.Do not park two vehicles
side-by-side. Absolutely no parking on grass areas. Vehicles should be several
feet off road to allow large coaches and trailers ample room for parking and pulling
out. Do not park parallel to road at any time.
Do not park in unoccupied sites.
Back-in sites -
Vehicles must be parked side by side in front of RV. Do not pull vehicles
bryond electric pedestals or up between RVs onto grass area. Vehicles should be
several feet off road to allow large coaches and trailers ample room for parking
and pulling out Do not park parallel to road
at any time. Do not park in unoccupied sites.
Each site is allowed two vehicles provided parking guidelines can be followed. When
both vehicles will not properly fit at the site, additional parking is available
at the front and rear of the park along with parking for your visitors.
You are responsible to see that visitors at your site park properly.
